Masala Dosa
Masala dosa is a traditional dish of south India. It is the staple food of South Indians.
It is very popular all over India and most places of the world. It is usually taken as breakfast
but can also be eaten as a snack.
Ingredients :
- Rice
- Urad Dal
- Potato
- Onion
- Green Chilli
Steps to cook :
- Soak the Rice and Urad Dal, grind it into a paste and then soak for 4 to 5 hours
- Rest the batter for 8 hours for fermentation
- Now spread the batter over a hot pan in the shape of a circle and cook it for 5 minutes
- Boil the potatoes and crush them, Fry the onions with the chillis
- Now mix the mashed potatoes with the onion and pour some water after seasoning to make the masala curry
